Only fill out the form if you have an emergency that hinders your ability to run your business. If this is not an emergency, but you choose to fill out this form and have us complete work outside of normal business hours you may be charged up to $160 per hour, billable in quarter hour increments. We will ask you to approve any fees in writing (email) before proceeding with billable, after-hours work. Non-emergency, billable work is subject to availability.
An emergency is defined as one of the following: (1) Your site has gone down, (2) customers are not able to process transactions on your site, or (3) another issue on the site is hindering your ability to run your business.
